Satsang

If you observe a fan hanging from the ceiling, you will notice that its blades move, but the rod from where it hangs is stationary. All the planets are revolving round the sun but the sun is stationary. St Kabir explains this through a song: “ Chalti Chaki dekh ke, diya Kabeera roy. Do patan ke bich me, sabut bacha na koy .” He is saying that the seeds which fall between the two stones of a grinder get crushed. His son and disciple, Kamaal, was sitting listening. He humbly replied, “Master, there is a way to be saved from this grinder and that is: “ Chalti chaki dekh ke diya Kamaal bathay. Jo kili se lag rahe, tako kaal na khay .” The seeds which stick to the axle of the grinder, which is stationary and beyond any change, are not crushed. Similarly, St Tulsidas Ji writes in the Ramcharitmanasa that the energy of God, Siya-Ram, is everywhere.
