"SUMIRAN KI SUDH YON KARO, JYON GAGAR PANIHAR.
HALE DOLE SURATI MEIN, KAHAT KABIR VICHAR.
SUMIRAN KI SUDH YON KARO, JAISE DAM KANGAL.
EK PALAK BISARE NAHIN, PAL PAL LAIT SAMBHAL."
Village women carry water in pitchers on their heads, one on top of the other, while walking and talking with other such ladies. They don't hold on to those pitchers with their hands, but the pitchers do not fall. They balance those pitchers through concentration. We should be as adept at constantly remembering the Holy Name as a pauper thinks about money. He doesn't forget it even for a moment. He keeps his money safely and every now and then counts it to check whether it is intact. Similarly, one should remember God without forgetting about Him even for a moment.
