I am saying again and again and beating a drum that your breaths are going to waste and each breath are going to waste and each breath is worth the value of the three worlds. The wealth of all fourteen heaven worlds cannot equal one precious breath. Remember the Name with each breath. Do not waste it for nothing. You do not know whether the breath which has gone out will come back or not.
