"RAGHUPATI RAGHAV RAJARAM,
PATIT PAWAN SITA RAM.
ISHWAR ALLAH TERO NAM,
SABKO SANMATI DE BHAGWAN."
Raghupati or raghav are titles of King Rama. So this prayer says that Sita-Rama redeem the sinful. God is called both Ishwar and Allah, so may he give everyone the proper wisdom.
