As mind is within, similarly the means to concentrate and focus the mind on the true and Holy Name of God and Divine Light is also within everyone. But this Knowledge can not be had without the divine eye and the divine eye is got from the saints and the Spiritual Master alone. To hook the mind to God is meditation.
