Wisdom does not dawn without satsang, but without God's grace, one cannot get an opportunity to meet a true saint or listen to satsang. So, one should search for the present Satguru, get the Knowledge of Holy Name and Divine Light from Him then should meditate as much as possible to make this human life successful.

One gets a human body only through great good fortune. Even gods and goddesses pray for it as it is scarce even for them. A human life span is exclusively for remembering the Holy Name of god and for meditation. It is the gateway to salvation.

This human body is like a raw pitcher which we have been carrying with us. This pitcher suddenly breaks at even the slightest tap and we are left with nothing.

RAME NIRANTAR ATMA, SAB GHAT ATHO YAAM.
VAHI TE SANTAN DHARO, RAM TAHI KO NAAM."
The first is Shaligrama. The seconde os Parasurama. The third is the King of Ayodhya and the fourth is Atma Ram, the Soul which permeates continuously within everyone's heart. That is why saints have named it 'Rama'.

Soul cannot be created or destroyed, weapons cannot pierce it. Fire cannot burn it, wind cannot blow it and water cannot wet it. Science also says that energy is indestructible.

"CHALTI CHAKI DEKH KAR, DIYA KABIRA ROY.
DO PATAN KE BICH MEIN, SABUT BACHA NA KOY.
Kabir wept when he saw the grindstone turning. No grain caught between its two stones survived.

"CHALTI CHAKI DEKH KAR, DIYA KAMAL THATHAY.
JO KILI SE LAG RAHE, TAKO KAL NA KHAY."
Seeing the grindstone of birth and death turning, Kamal laughed because whatever stick to axle of the moving wheel is protected  from crushing.
